Who We Are

Phoenix Plastics L.P. was established in 1996 by Rod Garcia. Phoenix Plastics designs and manufactures Engineered Grade Additives for the Plastics Industry. Phoenix Plastics has over 100 years of plastics experience.

Capabilities

• Manufactures Proprietary Engineered Additives
  • We engineer and manufacture proprietary additives that are utilized throughout the Plastics Industry in a variety of applications.
• Design products to suit clients need
  • We take your manufacturing or quality issue and design an additive that you will incorporate into your process that will alleviate your manufacturing or quality issue. We answer critical to quality related issues through design and manufacture of application specific specialty additives and solutions.
• Lab Services
  • We offer a 30mm laboratory twin screw extruder, 4 inch film line and 100 ton injection molding machines which are perfect for small batch, scale up trials and analysis.
• Compounding Services
  • We will take your formula and compound it or blend it using a variety of equipment and proprietary processes. We manufacture using single and twin screw compounding lines as well as FCM and Henschel high intensity mixers. We will establish with the customer the Quality protocols and testing that will be done on your product.
• Analytical testing
  • We offer our lab capabilities to provide a wide variety of testing that meet your requirements.
